FLOYD ELDON CHAPMAN
1944 - 2008


Floyd Eldon Chapman was born on June 11, 1944 in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Thursday, October 16, 2008 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 64.
Floyd, the son of Irvin Thomas and Viona Ada Page Chapman, was a resident of Meeker.
He married Judy Kay Fowler on June 9, 1967 in Meeker, Oklahoma.
He worked as a truck driver for Dairy Partners and attended church at Pleasant Home Baptist Church.
His parents and one niece, Tammy Wilson preceded Floyd in death.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Judy Kay Chapman; sons and daughters-in-law, Marc and Kim Chapman of Meeker; Toby and Melissa Chapman of Meeker; sister, Daisy Stone of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Madison, Mallory, Kaden, Caleb and Casen Chapman; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Karen Fowler of Meeker; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Rev. Chuck Utsler and Bro. Dennis Traxler officiating.
Interment will follow at the New Hope Cemetery in Meeker, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
