SHANNON DALE CARPENTER
1985 - 2005


Shannon Dale Carpenter was born on March 2, 1985, in Lake Charles, Louisiana and departed this life on Friday, September 30, 2005, in Prague, Oklahoma at the age of 20.
Shannon, the son of Rodger Dale and Carolyn Lee Stapp Carpenter, was a resident of Prague.
He attended Prague High School and was a member of Calvary Way Church.
Shannon was an avid LSU fan.
Survivors include his parents, Rodger and Carolyn Carpenter of Prague; sisters and brother-in-law, Ashley and Trey Roberts of Seminole; Miranda Carpenter of Seminole; Courtney Carpenter of Prague; grandparents, Ollie and Rosa Carpenter of Lake Charles, Louisiana; Virginia Stapp of Prague; great-grandmother, Edna Mills of Prague; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Prague with the Rev. Starland Davis officiating.
Burial will follow at the Prague Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
