CAROL MAE CARBERRY
1939 - 2009


Carol Mae Rauch Carberry was born on August 15, 1939, in Waynoka, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Friday, January 30, 2009, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 69.
Carol, the daughter of Ernest Theodore Fredrick and Sadie Emily Landreth Rauch, was a longtime resident of Meeker.
She married Austin Wade Carberry on August 17, 1956 in Waynoka, Oklahoma.
Carol was a homemaker and a member of the Morning Star Baptist Church.
Her parents, three brothers, two sisters and one grandson preceded Carol in death.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Austin Wade Carberry, Sr., of Meeker; son and daughter-in-law, A. J. Carberry, Jr. and Vicki of Meeker; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Don Cain of Meeker; Sheryl and Mark Rudolph of Midwest City; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce and Charles King of Wellington, Kansas; Idabel and Jack Johnson of Shawnee; grandchildren, Sarah Swenson, Maria Cook, Seth Carberry, Kathryn Rudolph; great-grandchildren, Waylon and Caitlyn Swenson and Devina Cook.
Memorials may be made to the Morning Star Baptist Church building fund, P.O. Box 277, Meeker, OK 74855.
Viewing and visitation will be at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Meeker.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at the Morning Star Baptist Church in Meeker with Pastor Bryan Pain officiating.
Interment will follow at the New Hope Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Meeker.
