ALEXANDER WILLIAM CARL CAGLE
1995 - 2013

Alexander "T. J." William Carl Cagle, an Agra High School student, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2013 south of Agra, Oklahoma at the age of 17 years.
Alex {T.J.} was born on October 1, 1995 in Agra and spent his entire life in the Parkland and Agra area.
He was about to finish his Junior year at Agra High School this week.
He was very active in sports throughout his life, playing soccer, baseball, basketball, football and running track. As he got older, Alex focused his attention on his two favorites which were basketball and football. He loved being with his teammates, whether it was on the field or just hanging out with them, Alex loved that they were his extended family. If Alex wasn’t playing sports you could find him playing video games with friends, riding horses and roping, spending time with his little brother and sister, or taking care of his grandma Sherry.
Alex was baptized into the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn on March 11, 2010 in Cushing by Brother Brien Gladden.
Everyone that knew Alex, knew that he always worked for what he had… whether it was in the classroom, on the field, or at home, he took pride in his work ethic and always tried to put others needs before his own. And always did it with a smile on his face.
Survivors include his parents, Joy and Kyle Mannis of the home; brothers, Clay Mannis of the home; and Nick Sharp of Warr Acres, Oklahoma; sisters, Victoria Mannis of the home; Emmy Sharp of Warr Acres, Oklahoma; and Summer Nack of Cushing, Oklahoma; grandparents, Sherry Cagle of Agra; Billy Joe Mannis of Lexington, Oklahoma; and Gregg Cagle of Eureka, California; many aunts and uncles; many cousins; and other relatives, friends, and brethren.
Alex was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Yvonne Mannis and Linda Mannis; great-grandmother, Tennessee Crow; and great-great-grandmother Bonnie Herrmann.
Funeral services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing and will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in Parkland, Oklahoma with Brother Richard Wright and Brother Brien Gladden officiating.
Burial will follow in the Parkland Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been set up in Alex Cagle’s name at the Payne County Bank, Perkins, Oklahoma.
