DICK BULLARD OBITUARY

DICK BULLARD
1944 - 1998


Lifelong Prague resident Dick Bullard died Thursday in Oklahoma City at the age of 54.
He was born November 16, 1944, in Prague to Paul and Lena Marie Heinzig Bullard.
He and his wife, Cindy were married August 20, 1981 in Prague.
He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Masonic Lodge 209 in Prague and Oddfellows Lodge in Arlington, Oklahoma. He had been a crop insurance adjuster for thirty three years.
His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Cindy Bullard, of the home; son, Richard Bullard, Prague; son and daughter-in-law, Curtis and Robin Bullard, Mansfield, Texas; daughters and sons-in-law, Kristin and Lee Fiegner, Marlow; Misty and Bill Cash, Perry; Susan Bullard, Prague; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Barbara Bullard, Prague; mother-in-law and stepfather-in-law, Joy and Willis Lokey, Prague; father-in-law, Russell Barton, Newalla; grandchildren, Alicia Bullard, Rachele Bullard, Jessica Bullard, Josh Bullard, Jayde Fiegner, Kade Fiegner, and many other relatives; as well as numerous friends and loved ones.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with the Rev. Tim Emmons officiating.
Burial will follow at Prague Cemetery.
