CYNTHIA JoANN BULLARD
1959 - 2016

Cynthia JoAnn Barton Bullard was born on February 19, 1959, in Oklahoma City, and departed this life on Sunday, August 28, 2016, at her home near Prague, at the age of 57.
Cindy, the daughter of Russell L. and Joy A. Buchanan Barton, was a long-time resident of Prague.
She married Dick Bullard on August 20, 1981.
She was a member of the WFLA lodge.
Cindy was a farmer and enjoyed playing on her tractor and being outdoors. In June 1996, Cindy purchased Booze and Bait from her mother. She owned and operated the store until she sold to the third generation owner, her daughter, in May 2016.
Cindy loved spending time with her family, especially baking pies with her grandbabies. She truly loved life itself.
Her father and husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Misty and Kent Dowell of Holdenville and Susan and Craig Kerr of Prague; mother and step-father, Joy and Willis Lokey of Prague; two very special granddaughters, Jill Bullard of Prague and Jeni Dowell of Holdenville; sister-in-law, Barbara Bullard of Prague and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Prague Cemetery with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
