EMIL EARNEST BRAUER III
1962 - 2014


Emil Earnest Brauer, III, "Chubby", was born on October 17, 1962, in Prague and departed this life on Friday, March 14, 2014, in Davenport, Oklahoma at the age of 51.
Chubby, the son of Emil, II, and Georgean Edwards Brauer, was a resident of Davenport.
He attended school at Paden and at Stroud.
He was a member of Church of the Living God and Temple 49.
He enjoyed fishing and camping, but the thing he loved most was spending time with his family.
Chubby spent several years working in the oilfield.
Emil's mother and sister, Kathy Icenogle, one niece and one nephew preceded him in death.
Survivors include his four children, Johnathan Brauer, Sean Brauer, Michelle Brauer and Amber Brauer, all of the home; father, Emil Brauer of Prague; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Gary and Becky Brauer of Eufaula; and David Brauer of Prague; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Kim and Jimmy Doolittle of Eufaula; and LaDonna and Butch Martin of Prague; special friends, Alice, Tom and Thomas Beavers; a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Pastor Nelson Moore, Jr. and Sheila Thomas officiating.
Interment will follow at Paden Cemetery.
