MARY JEANETTE BRADLEY
1935 - 2008


Mary Jeanette Roberts Bradley, 73, of Tucson, Arizona, died Friday, October 31, 2008 at the Casa De La Luz Hospice in Tucson.
Jeanette was born in Collinsville, Oklahoma to Ralph and Edith Roberts.
She graduated from Webster High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jeanette married Gerald D. Bradley on June 6, 1970 in Claremore, Oklahoma.
Jeanette and Gerald later moved to Tulsa and were faithful members of Our Savior Lutheran Church.
She retired in 1993 as Deputy Superintendent of Schools of Tulsa County and moved to Tucson, Arizona. There, Jeanette was an active volunteer at the San Xavier Mission School on the Tohona O’odham Reservation, helping students with reading and math.
Jeanette was a loving and giving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Wayne Roberts.
She is survived by her husband Gerald of Tucson, Arizona; a sister Brenda Roberts and brothers Alford and Daniel R. Daniel. She also leaves her son Darrell of Tucson; son Michael and daughter-in-law Janna of Norman, Oklahoma; and Cindy Diaz and husband Jerry of Tucson; five grandchildren, Stephanie Brooks of Norman, Oklahoma; Christopher Bradley of Rogers, Arkansas; Jeffrey Bradley of Norman, Oklahoma; and Heidi and Quinn DeDanaan of Tucson; six great grandchildren, Zachary, Ethan and Aaron Brooks of Norman; Lucy Bradley of Rogers; and Preston and Mikayla Bradley of Norman.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 8, 2008, at Santa Cruz Lutheran Church, 6809 S. Cardinal Avenue, with Pastor Jim Dew officiating.
A funeral service will be held in Cushing, Oklahoma at the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.
