EDITH MARY ELIZABETH BOND
1918 - 2012


Edith Mary Elizabeth Walls Bond was born in Keota, Oklahoma on July 24, 1918 and departed this life on Saturday, November 24, 2012 in Oklahoma City at the age of 94 years.
Edith was the daughter of Samual G. and Laura Bell Fisher Walls.
She married Albert Bond at Bristow, Oklahoma on August 12, 1937.
She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ in Stroud for many years.
Edith was preceded in death by her parents, husband in 1999, six brothers and one sister.
Survivors include two sons, James Marvin Bond of Oklahoma City and Carl Abert Bond of Stroud, Oklahoma, six daughters, Maxine Kalka of Chandler, Oklahoma, Correne Jackson of Norman, Oklahoma, Linda Carlone of Kansas City, Missouri, Sharron Davidson of Yukon, Oklahoma, Carol Phillips of Cayucos, California and Cathy Bond of Edmond, Oklahoma, eighteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Graveside funeral service will be held at the Stroud Cemetery in Stroud, Oklahoma on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Loren Geiger officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
