RAYMOND NEIL BOLZ
1927 - 2015


Raymond Neil Bolz, Chandler, Oklahoma, resident was born February 24, 1927, in Wellston, Oklahoma, and departed this life December 26, 2015, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 88 years.
Raymond was the son of Rudolph and Lisbeth Belitz Bolz.
He graduated from Wellston High School.
Raymond married Maralee Francis Harris August 1948, in Nevada.
He co-owned and operated Summit Oil Company for many years, along with mechanic work and cattle ranching.
After his retirement, Raymond and Maralee did a considerable amount of traveling in their motor home. They were in every state, even into Alaska.
His parents, wife, one brother, Carl; two sisters, Lucille, and Esther; and one sister-in-law, Vella; preceded Raymond in death.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Johnnie and Jean Christopher of Owasso, Oklahoma; nephew and niece, Vernon and Janice Bolz of Chandler; two granddaughters, Lori and Amber; and four great-grandchildren, Chris, Ryan, Devin and Quinn, other relatives and many friends.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Wellston Cemetery, in Wellston, Oklahoma, with Pastor Jim Morningstar officiating.
Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
