DANNY RAY BELTZ
1941 - 2012


Danny Ray Beltz was born in Garber, Oklahoma on July 30, 1941 and departed this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the age of 71 years.
Danny was the son of Delbert and Doris Wilson Beltz.
Danny was a life time resident of Stroud, Oklahoma.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Masonic Lodge in Stroud, Oklahoma.
Danny graduated from Stroud High School in 1959 and went to Oklahoma University and earned his Law Degree in 1968. He owned and operated Beltz Law Office in Stroud, Oklahoma. He was a judge for Towns in Lincoln and Creek County.
He was a leader of the Boy Scouts, Troop 36 in Stroud, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his father, Delbert in 1991 and one sister, Diana in 2001.
Survivors include his mother, Doris of Stroud, one sister and son in law, Deloris and David Green of Leakesville, Mississippi, three nieces, Vicky Pogue Gunning and husband Michael, Cathy Kitano and husband David and Cindy Baker and Pat McMichael, nephew, Tom and wife Tonya Pogue, honorary brother, Joe Bill Shallhope and honorary sister, Linda Young.
Graveside service will be held at the Stroud Cemetery on Friday, November 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Joe Mollencupp and Rev. Ashley Green-Young officiating.
Memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Stroud at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Joe Molencupp and Rev. Ashley Green-Young.
Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
In lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the Boy Scouts, Troop 36, P.O. 539, Stroud, Oklahoma 74079.
