BARBARA JUNE BEAVERS
1935 - 2013


Barbara June Shields Beavers was born in Mountainburg, Arkansas on June 22, 1935 and departed this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at the age of 77 years.
Barbara was the daughter of Ross C. and Vera Roxie Warren Shields.
Barbara was a resident of Stroud, Oklahoma most of her life.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Stroud.
Barbara worked as a waitress and cook for Ruby Drive Inn.
She married Roscoe Rozell in Davenport, Oklahoma on March 11, 1954.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include two sons and daughter in laws, Robert Ross and Rhonda Rozell of Stroud, Oklahoma and Michael Wayne Beavers of Louisville, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Chasity Rozell of Edmond, Oklahoma, Michael John and Dana Rozell of Stroud, Oklahoma, Adam and Jennifer Rozell of Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina and Adrienne and Kendal Gregory of Stroud, Oklahoma, seven great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Stroud, Oklahoma on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Paul Ragle officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
