ROBERT OWEN BAILEY
1921 - 2005


Robert Owen "Bob" Bailey, Davenport, Oklahoma, resident, was born on July 27, 1921, in Davenport, Oklahoma, and departed this life on July 29, 2005, at his home near Davenport, Oklahoma, at the age of 84 years.
Robert was the son of Owen J. and Lula M. Cox Bailey.
He worked as a truck driver and farmer.
His parents, two sons, two sisters and one brother preceded Robert in death.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Bailey of Chandler, Oklahoma and Raymond Bailey of Chandler, Oklahoma, two daughters, Kathy Hickman of Pasadena, Texas, Rebecca Perkins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two brothers, Sherman Bailey of Stroud, Oklahoma and Clyde Bailey of Madison Heights, Michigan, one sister, Rose Marie McElfresh of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter as well as other relatives and many friends.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 3, at Davenport Cemetery with the Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Chandler.
