JIMMIE LEE ANDERSON
1948 - 2013


Jimmie Lee Anderson was born on April 14, 1948 in Riverside, California, and departed this life on Monday, July 1, 2013, in Shawnee Oklahoma, at the age of 65.
Jimmie, the son of Samuel and Nancy Maggie Taylor Anderson, was a resident of Shawnee.
He and Karen Florville were married in 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Jimmie proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and the National Guard. He retired from the National Guard following 22 years of service.
He enjoyed life, he particularly enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing bingo and spending time with his grandchildren.
His parents, two brothers, and two sisters preceded him in death.
Jimmie is survived by his wife, Karen Anderson of the home; daughters and son-in-law, Christy Crawford of Shawnee; Denise Martin of Prague; Angela and Brian Marsh of Prague; son and daughter-in-law, Kendrick and Felicia Wallace of San Gabriel, California; brothers, Charles Anderson of Pahrump, Nevada; David Anderson of Houston, Texas; Freddie Anderson of Prague; sisters, Verna Ramage of Hoyt, Kansas; Kathryn Donn of Las Vegas, Nevada; Glenda Grant of Hoyt, Kansas; Betty Holt of Holten, Kansas; Mary Belle Stickman of Elk, Washington; and nine grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., at the Freewill Baptist Church in Prague with Rev. Randall Miller officiating.
