RUBY A. AMBLER
1932 - 2000


Ruby A. Duffy Ambler died Friday in Shawnee. She was 68.
She was born February 28, 1932, in Egar, Arizona.
She was the daughter of John Funnel and Sara Duffy.
She lived in the Chandler area for many years.
She married Lester K. Ambler October 9, 1951, in Chandler. He preceded her in death in 1992.
She also was preceded in death by her parents, two sons and two sisters.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, John and Melissa Ambler, Meeker; daughter, Georgia Snodgrass, Pauls Valley; brothers, Eddie Barnes, Fred Barnes and Bill Barnes; sisters, Rosie Underwood and Dicie Barnes; nine grandchildren; and other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Bethel - Greenwood Cemetery in Kendrick under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Chandler.
