CAROLYN COX ADAMS
1921 - 2007


Carolyn Cox Adams, 86, Miami, Florida resident, passed away on August 18, 2007.
Born in Chandler, Oklahoma on April 29, 1921, Carolyn spent many years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and later in Orlando, Florida with her husband, Clark E. Adams who died in 1992.
She was active in PEO, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and DAR, a devoted member of First Presbyterian Church of Orlando and a volunteer leader in many charitable organizations.
Above all, Carolyn was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Ann Adams and G.M. Nayyar, son and daughter-in-law, John C. and Susan Adams, grandchildren and spouses, Wade Clark Adams, Carol Ann and Terry Mullane, Anjali and George Kramer, Jay Krishna Nayyar, Lauren and Emmett Ogden III and Mary Catherine Adams; great- grandchildren, Ensley Ann Ogden, Gibson Adam Mullane and Lily Elizabeth Kramer, sister & brother-in-law, Avis Ann and Rev. Francis Frellick, brother, Roscoe Barbour Cox, sister-in-law, Emily Adams and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 1142 Coral Way, Coral Gables, Florida.
Interment will be at Oak Park Cemetery, Chandler, Oklahoma on Thursday, August 23, 2007 at 11:00 a.m.
Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
