Dudley Cemetery is located near Carney OK Lincoln County.
Mr. Erickson surveyed this cemetery in 1996. Updated November 2009.Dudley Cemetery has long been abandoned. A mile to the north was the "town" of Dudley, and adjacent to the cemetery was the old Dudley Church. When canvassed in 1996, in addition to the 14 readable markers, I found 17 cinder block or sandstone markers and 13 rusted funeral home markers. The area was totally overgrown. One would never guess there was a cemetery there unless given specific directions.
Directions: From the intersection of 0830 Rd. {Cox Rd.} and Highway 177, turn west on 0830 Rd. and go 1 mile. Turn north on 3350 Rd. and go 1 mile to 0820 Rd. Turn east on 0820 Rd. and 1 mile to 3340 Rd. The cemetery is located 0.1 miles from the intersection of 0820 and 3340 Rd. on the north side of 0820 Rd.
