FREDA LOIS GLEICHMAN

27 Feb 1925 - 12 Aug 2015

Freda Lois Gleichman, of Moore, died Wednesday, August 12, 2015, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 90. Born February 27, 1925 in Carney, she is the daughter of Hubert and Elsie Emde Harris. She was raised in Lincoln and Payne counties and graduated from Stillwater schools.

Freda was a lifelong Christian who loved her Lord Jesus Christ above all. She primarily attended Missouri Synod Lutheran churches. She was a strict advocate of healthy eating, loved watching the OKC Thunder basketball, and always treated loved ones with hand-written birthday and anniversary cards.

She is survived by her daughter, Vivian Hasbrook and husband Ed of Oklahoma City, twin grandsons, Nathan and Scott Hasbrook, which were an incredible love and passion of her life, and two sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the OU Stephenson Cancer Center.
