Mrs. Hazel Bailey, 80, of Talihina, Oklahoma., passed away Saturday, January 31st, 2009 at Sparks Regional Medical Center, Fort Smith, Arkansas. 

Hazel was born in Lockwood, Missouri on December 30, 1928, the daughter of the late Lee and Lora Lea (Morrow) Blair. 

She worked as a chicken house operator. She was a hard worker, loved being outdoors, camping, fishing and riding horses. 

Hazel is survived by a son, Larry Kyle & Rowena Crouch of Walnut Grove, Missouri; nieces; Brenda Miller and Stan Carshall, Heather Smith and Bum Cannady, Aleiyah Smith, McKenzie Barlow and Brailey Barlow all of Talihina, Oklahoma., Yvonne Calloway of Madera, California, Sandra & Donnie Howard of Hoopa, California,, nephew; Dewayne & Roxanne Blair of Red Oak, Oklahoma. Two granddaughters; Tammi & Chris Moore of Nixa,, Missouri and Tanya Conrad of Ash Grove, Missouri, three great grandchildren; Kylee Walker, Dalton Conrad and Kinsee Conrad all of Ash Grove, Missouri, Hazel is also survived by her dog; Pedro of the home. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; Helen Morrow and Mary Crites, brother; Charles Blair, three husbands; Kyle Crouch in 1981, Norman Bailey in 1994 and Sid W. Sage in 2006. 

Pallbearers for the service, Stan Carshall, James Foster, Jason Barlow, Chris Moore, Jon Waggoner,and Troy Turner. Honorary pallbearers will be John Gravitt, Jim Smith, Calvin Ward and Dustin Ward and Bran Lingenfelter. 

Religious Service will be held at the Talihina Funeral Home Chapel, Talihina, Oklahoma, at 10 am on Wednesday, February 4th, with Rev. Chester Cooley officiating.

Interment will follow at the Whitesboro Cemetery under the direction of Talihina Funeral Home
