Nina Rue Dickinson


Nina Rue Dickinson, 91, of Spiro died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999 in Spiro.
She was born Nov. 27, 1908, in Caulksville, Ark. Mrs. Dickinson was a utility clerk in Panama for over 20 years. She and her husband owned and operated the grocery store and bus station in Panama for 30 years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Panama and a member of the order of the Eastern Star for 50 years.
She is survived by one son, J. T. Dickinson of Moore; two grandchildren; two step grandchildren; one great- grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a host of friends.
Services were Monday, Nov. 29,19 99at 2 p.m. at the Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau. Burial was at Shady Point with the Reverend Jimmy D. Cook officiating.
