Brooks Toliver Willingham Obit

Funeral services for Brooks Toliver Willingham, 60 years old, a well-known Shady Point farmer, were held at the Baptist church there on January 11, 1941, with the Reverend Donahue officiating. Mr. Willingham died January 10 after an illness of twelve days.
He was born July 6,1880, in Cains Dist., Gwinnett County, Georgia, to John Kyle and Rebecca Jane (Cain) Willingham. He married Martha Louise Jones on Septermber 24, 1901, in Spiro, LeFlore County, Oklahoma. Besides his wife, he is survived by seven sons: Sanford, Leonard, Lon, Ernest, Virgil, Burl, and Earl.
Interment was at Shady Point under the direction of the Hall Funeral Home.
