Addie A. Anderson Obit

Addie A. Anderson, 93, of Shady Point, died Tuesday, April 10, 2001. She was born Jan. 23, 1908 in Ione, Ark. to Hubert and Effie Beshears Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a charter member of the Shady Point Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert M. Anderson; her parents; three sisters; and two brothers.
Survivors include three daughters, Merle Smith, Elizabeth Heavener and Betty Wade, all of Shady Point; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert M. and Faye Anderson of Owasso; four sisters, Delphia Russell of Palmdale, Calif., Ona Holstead of Shady Point, Jessie McConnell of Bixby and Ola Helbokas of Sebastapool, Calif.; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday April 13 at Shady Point Assembly of God Church with the Revs. Michael Bunch, Joe Owen and Deward Gunter. Burial will follow in Shady Point Cemetery under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home of Poteau
