Freda F. Wood, 63, of Poteau, passed away January 26, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark.

She was born September 4, 1947, in Poteau. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Family Worship Center, Heavener.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Sr. And Martha Ann (Barnes) Gullick; a son, Johnny Akins ; two brothers, James Gullick and Roy Gullick Jr.; four sisters, Anna Payne, Mary Heavener, Suzie Pennington, and her twin Rita Stine.

She is survived by two sons, Warren "Lee" Buckner and Michael Wood, both of Tulsa; a daughter, Melissa Gregory of Cameron; two brothers, Benny Gullick of Poteau and Larry Gullick of Wister; nine grandchildren; numerous other relatives, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services will be conducted January 29 at 10 a.m. At Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, with Pastor Don Benefield officiating.
Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery , Poteau.
Grace Manor Funeral Home, Poteau, is in charge of arrangements.
