Donna "Madge" Robison, 79, of Poteau, passed away Aug. 23, 2009, in Poteau.

She was born Dec. 24, 1929, in Poteau. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Poteau.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robison, and her parents, Boots and Lois Wise.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Jan and Paul Mattox of Sallisaw; a granddaughter, Bonnie Stites of Sallisaw; a grandson, Jeff Mattox of Fort Smith, Ark.; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mozelle Plummer, Wilma Eidschun and Anna LaFevers, all of Poteau; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Annette Wise, Don and Connie Wise and Kenny and Mary Wise, all of Poteau; numerous other relatives, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. at First Free Will Baptist Church of Poteau with Rev. Jimmy D. Cook officiating. 

Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Poteau.  

Pallbearers will be Chris Gray, Patrick LaFevers, Ronald Pompili, Donnie Wise, William Wise, David White and Tom White.

The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. for visitation.

Evans and Miller Funeral Home, Poteau, is in charge of arrangements.
