Marion Wilemon, 78, of Fort Smith, passed away Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002. She was born July 26, 1924 in Missouri. She was a member of the Grand Avenue Baptist Church in Fort Smith and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Wilemon.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy A. Wilemon Jr. of Albuquerque, N.M. and Charles D. Wilemon of Poteau; one daughter, Dee Wilemon Dunton of Gaithersburg, Md.; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Oakland Cemetery pavilion in Poteau with the Rev. Mike Stark officiating, under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
