Funeral services for Jim Brown were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 5, 1990, at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, Oklahoma. Reverend Martha Yeager officiated.
Born March 1, 1893, Mr. Brown passed away March 2, 1990.
Surviving him are his wife, two daughters, one son,
eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loved ones.
Burial was in Oakland Cemetery, Poteau, by Evans and Miller Funeral Homes of Poteau and Pocola, Oklahoma. and Pocola, Oklahoma.
