Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 1986, at the Assembly of God Church in Panama, Oklahoma, for Everett L. Arter. Reverend W. O. Hatley and Reverend Harrell Bates officiated.
Mr. Arter was born February 24, 1907, and passed away April 8, 1986.
He is survived by two daughters, three sons, twenty- four grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, Oklahoma, under the direction of Evans Funeral Home, Poteau
