Ricky "Red" Barron of Muse, Oklahoma, born August 29th, 1954 passed from this life in his home February 8th, 2020 at the age of 65.

Ricky was a member of the Muse Baptist Church, spent his life being self employed selling natural stone and was a rancher. He was a cowboy at heart through and through, an avid hunter and loved his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his parents Billy W. & Betty Jo Barron.

He is survived by his wife of the home, Lana Fell, children; Joe Dale Barron of Maud, Texas, Bandy Barron & London of Clayton, Oklahoma, Lindsey Bowen & Timothy of Boswell, Oklahoma, Maverick Barron of California, Rikki Marie Barron of Red Oak, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Briley Joe Barron, Ethan Bowen, Parker Bowen, Owen White, Charles Burrell III, brothers; Rusty Barron of Talihina, Oklahoma, Mike Barron & LeeAnn of Mena, Arkansas, aunts; Cleva Dehart of Muse, Oklahoma, Burtie Klosterboer of California, along with other friends and relatives. He will be deeply missed.

Pallbearers include Joe Dale Barron, BJ Barron, Bandy Barron, Jonathan Blagg, Doug Morgan and Russell Barron. Honorary pallbearers will be Rusty Barron, Ronnie Barron, Michael Wayne Barron, Marilyn Pledger, Dudley Black, Vernon Johnson, Kent McDaniel's and Jim Tapley.

Visitation night will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 13th, 2020 at Burkhart Funeral Service of Talihina.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 14th, 2020 at the Whitesboro School old gymnasium.

Interment will follow at the Muse Cemetery under the direction of Burkhart Funeral Service of Talihina.
