Loeda "Granny" Oliver, 90, of Heavener, Okla., passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2010 in Heavener.

She was born June 20, 1920, in Howe. She had worked in a grocery store and a nursing home. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, was a volunteer for Hospice and was Heavener's Woman of the Year in 1990.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Oliver, one son, Leon and one daughter, Martha.
 
She is survived by one daughter, Olean Tiffee of Heavener, one son, Ronny Oliver of Heavener, six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and five great, great grandchildren and numerous other relatives, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 31, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Heavener,, with interment immediately following at the Howe Cemetery in Howe.

Dowden Funeral Home, Heavener, is in charge of arrangements.
