James "Ted" Ledford Lowrimore

James Ledford "Ted" Lowrimore, 93, of Bokoshe, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2002, at Fort Smith. He was born Oct. 10, 1908 at Texanna to Jasper Newton Lowrimore and Mattie Susan Matthews Lowrimore. He was a retired dairy farmer. He married Frankie Holden Lowrimore July 18, 1932 in Blocker.
He was preceded in death by his wife in January 23, 1997.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Frances and William Lindenau of Panama; one son and daughter-in-law, Carroll and Louise Lowrimore of Bokoshe; two grandchildren, Matthew Matlock of Bokoshe and Lisa Archey of Panama; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Makiah and Micah Archey, all of Panama; two brothers, John Lowrimore of Muskogee and Marion Lowrimore of Spiro.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11 at the Assembly of God Church in Panama with the Rev. Brian Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Old Bokoshe Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Pallbearers will be Ronald Lowrimore, Dale Lowrimore, Leroy Lowrimore, J.R. Lowrimore, Bill Lowrimore and Sam Lowrimore.
