Gary Wayne Fisk, 49, of Fort Smith, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2002.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Gertie Fisk of Bokoshe; one sister, Ruby Payne of Cowlington; two brothers, Carl Fisk of McCurtain and Timmy Glyn Fisk of Bokoshe.

Survivors include one daughter, Renea Shocky; four grandchildren; five brothers, Derell Fisk and wife Bonita and Keith Fisk, all of Quinton, Jim Fisk and wife Alice of Fort Smith, Donald Fisk and wife Sue of Bokoshe; Bobby Fisk and wife Janice of Cowlington; four sisters, Carol Ary and husband Rick of Quinton, Sue Mayhall and husband Wayne of McCurtain, Gail Mayhall and husband James and Sandy Pemberton and husband Johnny, all of Arkoma.

A private funeral service was held Saturday, July 13 at Bokoshe Cemetery with Bro. Ming officiating, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Spiro.
