Date of Death: September 20, 1989

Marshall – the funeral for Letha Easterly, 75, who died Wednesday at St. Mary's Hospital, Enid, will be at 2 PM Saturday at Union Chapel Church, east of Hennessey. The Rev. Joe Stubbs will officiate. Burial will be in the Lyon Valley Cemetery under the direction of Cordry and Son Funeral Home, Hennessey.

She was born June 13, 1914, in Hennessey and attended schools at Crescent and Hennessey. She was a member of the Hennessey Hens Bowling Team and Union Chapel Church where she taught Sunday school classes for 40 years.

In 1930, she and Ermil Wehling were married. He died in 1959. In 1960, she married Homer Easterly. He died in 1985. She also was preceded in death by one son.

Surviving are one son, Dean Wehling of Altus; two sisters, Winnie McVicker of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Macel Ball of Denver, Colorado; and two grandchildren.
