The funeral for Frances Marie Gilbert Taggart, 96 was at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday May 1, 2018 at Union Chapel Church officiated by Pastor Keith Brown.

Burial will follow at Lyon Valley Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home. 

Frances was born at Three Sands, Oklahoma on March 30, 1922 to Clinton B. and Hattie Blye Gilbert and died Thursday April 26, 2018 at Hennessey Care Center. She married Ivan Lee Taggart at Hennessey on January 1, 1938.

Frances is survived by one son Tracy Taggart and wife Clydenna; two daughters Ramona Rutherford and husband Harvey, all of Hennessey, Kay Daniel of Warren, Texas; eight foster children; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren and eighteen great-great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Ivan, two sons Jonathon and James and one great-granddaughter.
