The funeral for Lorence Henry Manford Parham, 88, of Watonga will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Christian Church, Watonga. The Rev. David Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Kingfisher Cemetery, Kingfisher. Arrangements are by Wilkinson Mortuary, Watonga.

He was born May 3, 1919, outside of Kingfisher to Walter and Allie Rasp Parham and died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008.

He graduated from Omega High School in 1938.
He lived in Watonga the last 30 years and was a farmer-rancher. He worked with custom combining for many years. He married Marie Homier Oct. 15, 1942, at Kingfisher.
He was a member of Elks Lodge in Kingfisher, Oklaho-ma Cattlemen’s Association and Modern Woodsmen Association.

Surviving are his wife, Marie, of the home; one son, Doug of Garden City, Kan.; one sister, Betty Buettner of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sons.

Memorials may be made to Watonga Hospital Foundation, or Kingfisher Memorial Lane.
