The funeral for Dale Kadavy, 45, of Kingfisher, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Federated Church. The Revs. Leon Seaton and Bob Barr will officiate.

Burial will follow in Kingfisher Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sanders Funeral Service Inc., Kingfisher.

He was born Nov. 12, 1959, in Kingfisher to Stanley and Elaine Schaberg Kadavy and died Monday, Nov. 7, 2005, at Mercy Health Center, Oklahoma City.

He graduated from Lomega High School in 1978. He farmed in the Loyal area and was employed with Brown and Borelli Oil Co., Kingfisher.

He married Rhonda Jane Schaefer July 10, 1981.

Surviving are two sons, Kyle and Klint, and one daughter, Kendra Kadavy, all of Loyal; his parents, Stanley and Elaine Kadavy of Loyal; one brother, Kin Kadavy of Stillwater; and two sisters, Gayla Hunt of Kingfisher and Charla Weins of Bethany.

Memorials may be made to the Loyal Volunteer Fire Department or Peach United Church of Christ, Loyal.
