The funeral for Michael Ray Haxton, 44, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Sanders Funeral Chapel, Kingfisher. The Rev. David Krepel will officiate. Burial will be in Kingfisher Cemetery.
He was born April 17, 1962, in Cherokee to Dennis and Janet Bauer Haxton and died Wednesday, March 28, 2007, in Oklahoma City.
He graduated from Kingfisher High School in 1981 and served in the National Guard for eight years. He was employed by United General Contractors.
Surviving are his parents, Dennis and Janet Haxton of Kingfisher; one sister, Lori West of Crescent; and two brothers, Greg Haxton of Blanchard and Bill Haxton of Bethany.
