Chrisman Eugene Brown, age 94, passed away September 30, 2015 at his home in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Chrisman was born April 27, 1921 in Greencastle, Indiana to John W. and Veldia I. (Tool) Brown.

Chrisman married Ruth Butler on February 16, 1952 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He lived in Kingfisher for 20 years and previously lived in Wellston, Oklahoma. He attended the Okarche Baptist Church. Chrisman retired from the United States Army, he served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. Chrisman loved to fish and he enjoyed western movies and fixing things.

Survivors include his daughter Jeannenne Orebaugh (Jerry Pictowiez) of Oklahoma City, sister Helen Brown, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ruth Brown on May 13, 2013, 1 son Jack Brown and 2 brothers, Fred Brown and Jack Brown.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM, on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Inman officiating. Interment with full Military Honors will follow at Kingfisher Cemetery in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Monday from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
