The funeral for Earlene Riddle, 81 will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday January 8, 2020 at First United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. P. J. Stewart.

Burial will follow at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.
 

Earlene was born in St. Louis, Oklahoma on February 28, 1938 to Earl and Virgie Burnett Chambers and died Friday January 3, 2020 at Hennessey Care Center.

She graduated from high school in Tulsa. She married Robert T. Riddle on July 31, 1956, and they moved to Hennessey in 1963. She worked as a bank teller at First National Bank in Hennessey.

Earlene loved to fish and was a volunteer for the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers at Canton Lake.

Earlene is survived by one daughter Debbie S. Hladik and friend Jim Hickey of Hennessey; Mike Riddle and wife Sharon, Jack Riddle and Lori Earl, all of Enid, Tim Riddle and wife Janell of Hennessey; nine grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Robert T. Riddle; two sisters and her daughter-in-law Diane Riddle.
 
Memorial donations may be made in her name to Hennessey Care Center or First United Methodist Church with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund.
