Ella Colleen (Robinson) Renshaw

Ella Colleen Robinson was born August 9, 1930 in Canton, OK to Clarence Harvey and Mary Opal (Troyer) Robinson. On June 19, 1948, Colleen married her high school sweetheart, John Clinton Renshaw from Hennessey, and they were happily married 71 years.

Colleen is survived by her spouse, John; three children, Darla Renshaw and spouse, Glenn Rowley; Ronnie Renshaw; Connie Bolt and spouse, Brian Bolt; five grandchildren, Chandra Moore; Clint Renshaw (Jackie); Chayla Rowley; Ryan Bolt; Alec Rowley; great-grandchildren, Kierstyn, A.J., Clayton, Katelyn, and Karrigan; Colleen's sister, Delynn Munkres, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Colleen was a Lacy High School graduate, class of 1948, and after marriage she assisted John with their Holstein dairy farm for 34 years. Colleen then worked as a cashier/stocker for 4T's Grocery Store for several years before joining John in retirement. John and Colleen enjoyed playing Pitch with friends, Country Western music, and holding hands on the porch swing watching sunsets.
 
On December 8, 2019, Colleen, age 89, went to be with her Lord and a host of family and friends who preceded her in death.

Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home, Enid, OK will hold a viewing, 8-8pm, on Thursday, December 12, 2019. The funeral service will be 10:00am Friday, December 13, 2019 at Hennessey First United Methodist Church.

Burial will follow in Hennessey Cemetery.
