Hennessey – Clara M. Kneese, 92, died Wednesday evening in a Hennessey nursing center.

Service will be at 2 PM Saturday in Cordry and Son Funeral Home Chapel at Hennessey with the Rev. Glenn Rowley officiating.

Burial will be in the Hennessey Cemetery.

Mrs. Kneese was born October 24, 1887, in Wilsonville, Nebraska, and moved to the Hennessey area at the age of 10. She married Alvin Kneese February 12, 1908. The couple lived on a farm west of Hennessey until 1946 at which time they moved into the town of Hennessey.

Mrs. Kneese was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin, five brothers and four sisters.
