Joe went to have Christmas in Heaven on Dec. 13, 2022.
 
Joe L. Ballard was born to Randy and Louise Ballard on June 26, 1957, in Lovington, N.M.

He was raised in Texas most of his life, grew up in Fort Worth and later moved to Oklahoma.

Joe loved his family and considered most of his friends his family.

Joe loved to fish, play games and just have a good time being with the ones he loved.

Joe loved his Lord Jesus and looked forward to Sundays for his praise and worship at Frontline Ministries.

Joe loved always helping at Frontline wherever he could.

He will be missed by many.


Joe is survived by his brother, Jim Ballard; nephews and nieces Luke Strickland, Harlee Strickland and wife Kara, Stacy Ludwig and husband Rickey, Dawn Maxwell and husband Rodney, Natalee Maxwell, Karlee and Tashawn, Randy Ballard, Derek Ballard, Brady Ballard, Jaeda Maxwell, Taelyn Littlejohn, Tegan Littlejohn, Ayden Maxwell, Nathaniel Bradley and Blayze, Randy and Courtney and many others.


Joe was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Renee Ballard; brother Tom Ballard; sister Mary Strickland; and nephew Luke Strickland.
 

Services for Joe were Monday, Dec. 19, at Frontline Ministries in Kingfisher with burial following at Forest Home Cemetery in Loyal.
