Enid News and Eagle (OK) - March 22, 2010

ENID - The funeral for Reva Jean Luber, 80, of Dover, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at Dover Christian Church. The Rev. Fred Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Dover Cemetery. Arrange-ments are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey.

She was born Nov. 19, 1929, southeast of Hennessey to Harry and Flora Haymaker Grimes and died Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Kingfisher Regional Hospital.

She was a 1946 graduate of Hennessey High School.

She married John Luber Aug. 13, 1948, in Vancouver, Wash. She worked for the Dover Post Office for more than 30 years.

Surviving are her husband, John, of the home; one daughter, Mary Kay Scott of Oklahoma City; one son, John Luber Jr. of Edmond; one sister, Wilma Harwell of Crescent; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Dover Christian Church.
