August Vculek Rites 
Held at Bison Church
 
August Vculek, 62, a lifelong resident of Bison died in an Enid hospital Friday afternoon after a several weeks illness.   

Rosary services for Mr. Vculek were at 7 P.M. Sunday at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bison and funeral mass was at 9 AM Monday with Rev. John O'Brien officiating.

Burial was in the Hennessey Cemetery under direction of Cordry and Son funeral Home. 

Mr. Vculek was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church , the American Legion, Catholic Workmen and Holy Name.
 
He is survived by his wife, Anna , of the home; one sister, Mrs. Emma Zelnicek, Bison; six brothers, Joe and Anton of Marshall; Frank and Louis, Hennessey; Emil Kingfisher, and Albert, Bison.

Funeral mass for Mrs. Anna Vculek  were held Saturday morning , October 3, 1960 in the St. Joseph Catholic church at Bison. 

Burial followed in the Hennessey  Cemetery.  

Mrs. Vculek was born in June 1899 in the Bison area and died early Thursday , September 29, 1960 at her home in Bison.  

She is survived by her mother, Mary Rose Fuksa of Bison; three sisters Mrs. Emil  Vculek and Mrs. John Skala of Kingfisher, and Mrs. Frank Burshik of Wichita;  two brothers John and Joe Fuksa of Bison and other relatives.  
 
She was preceded in death by her father, John N. Fuksa.
