Recitation of the Rosary followed by visitation for Mildred Pospisil, 88, will be at 7:00 PM Monday May 7, 2018, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Hennessey. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday May 8, 2018, at St. Joseph's, officiated by Rev. Ed Menasco.

Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Mildred was born at Elk City on July 20, 1929, to Leo and Maggie Huffman Schneberger and died Saturday May 5, 2018, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid.
She married Frank M. Pospisil in Canute on February 7, 1950. Mildred was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, St. Joseph's Altar Society, Surprise Home Extension Club and was a member of a Bowling League.

Mildred is survived by two daughters, Karen Hokit and husband Denny of Locust Grove, Bernadette Province of Yukon; two sons, Frank J. Pospisil, Melvin Pospisil and wife Penny, all of Hennessey; seven grandchildren, Michele Hill, Brad Hokit, Becky Roberts, Clint Province, Jennifer Storck, Dillon Pospisil, Bradi Pospisil; and eleven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank and one grandson, Dwight Boeckman.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund.
