A graveside service for Max Combrink, infant, of Tonkawa, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, in Fort Oakland Cemetery, Tonkawa. Don Patterson will officiate. Arrangements are by Tonkawa Funeral Home, Tonkawa.

He was the son of Jeremy and Mary Anthamatten Combrink and died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, in Oklahoma City.

Surviving are his parents, Jeremy and Mary Combrink; one brother, Donnie Combrink; three sisters, Kay Lynn Addison Doyen, Noelani Combrink; paternal grandparents, Christine and Don Baker of Tonkawa; paternal grandparents, Mike and Nancy Combrink of Enid; maternal grandparents, Danny and Carol Anthamatten of Porum; paternal great-grandparents, Ruth and Virgil Petty of Ponca City; and paternal great-grandfather, Galen Propper of Tonkawa.
