Wanda McKee passed away after an extended illness on Sunday, November 19. She was 90 years old. She was born June 24, 1927 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma to Jess L. Wilkson and Opal M. Spears Wilkson. She was the next to the youngest of seven children. She attended high school in Sterling, Oklahoma. She met Kenneth McKee at the Eighth and Lee Church of Christ in Lawton, Oklahoma in 1946. They married on May 15, 1947. Though they have resided in many places, their primary place of residence has been Ponca City, Oklahoma. Kenneth & Wanda had four children, three daughters and one son. She was a homeworker as well as a worker in the East Junior High office and Ponca City Utilities. Her passion was her family, her hobbies were reading and sewing, and her life service was as a dedicated and faithful member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth of the home, two daughters, Pam Platt and Mary ?Davis both of Ponca City, one son Michael McKee of Tulsa. She is survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, six siblings, and her daughter, Sara Posey of Ponca City.

A funeral held will be held on Friday, November 24 at two o'clock at the Agape Church of Christ 705 E. Hubbard Rd. The visitation will be at Grace Memorial Chapel on Tuesday and Wednesday. Her son, Dr. Michael McKee will be officiating the memorial service.
