Catherine Carol Lawler, 63, resident of Bartlesville, died Monday, December 30, 2013.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 2, 2014 in the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bartlesville. Interment will be held at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven-Sunset Memorial Parks Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma, directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

A memorial has been established and those who wish to make a contribution in memory of Carol may do so to: Rivercross Hospice 3723 SE Frank Phillips Blvd. Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006.

Catherine Carol Lawler was born August 1, 1950 at Fairfax, Oklahoma to Bonner Benjamin and Eula June (Whitfield) Cantley. She was raised in Ponca City, Oklahoma all her live graduating from Ponca City High School in 1968. Carol began working for Conoco in the Key punch Dept in 1968. She was married to Mark Alan Lawler on April 2, 1983. Their devoted loving son was born on December 31, 1983. Carol was transferred to Bartlesville, Oklahoma by her employer, Conoco-Phillips in 2002. She remained employed by Phillips 66 till her death. She celebrated forty-five years with Conoco in November 2013. Her grandson Mark was born January 6, 2012. She and Mark celebrated thirty years of marriage this year on April 2, 2013. Carol enjoyed Women's Bowling League, crosswords, needle point, oil painting, bingo, watching OSU sports, all Thunder games and reading.

Survivors include her husband Mark Alan Lawler of the family home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma; one son Joshua Alan Lawler of Ponca City, Oklahoma; one grandson Mark; her mother Eula June Cantley of Ponca City; one sister Patricia Ann Rye and her husband Timothy of Lovelady, Texas; one brother Alan "Benny" Cantley of Ponca City; one brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Lawler also of Ponca City; nieces and nephews Nikki Soutter-Yarbrough, Lance, Blake, Shelly , Colter, Skyler, Silas and many cousins and relatives she loved to many to name.
