Glenda Pauline Rhynard
March 7, 1934 - October 14, 2023

Glenda Pauline Rhynard, 89, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on October 14, 2023, surrounded by her family. A viewing will be held Thursday October 19, 2023 between the hours of 10:30 to 12:00 at Trout Funeral Home. A Graveside Ceremony will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, October 19, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Park, with Chaplain Gary Wilburn officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74601.

Glenda was born on March 7, 1934, in Newkirk, OK, to Jesse Glen Goad and Wynona Pauline (Goddard) Goad. She graduated from Newkirk High School and married Richard O. Rhynard in 1953. Glenda worked in the medical field and dialysis unit at the Ponca City Hospital. She loved to cook and tend her flowers, always teasing, that the neighbors only knew her by her hiney because it was always in the air as she pulled grass.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Richard Rhynard; her parents Glen and Wynona Goad; and son, James Rhynard. She is survived by her children; Vince and Kathy Lechtenberg, Paula Sneed, Richard and Teresa Rhynard, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
