Joe Rawlings of Enid, Ok passed away November 28, 2021 at age 62.

Joe was born March 6, 1959 in Washington DC eldest son of Joseph N. Rawlings and Joyce C (Sandridge-Rawlings) Warren. Joe grew up in Washington DC until the death of his father in 1968. In 1971 the family relocated to the Sacramento, Ca area where his mother meet and married Donald Warren. Joe is a graduate of Foothill High School Class of 1977. Joe relocated in the 1980's following his parents to Ponca City, OK. In the early 1990's he meet Marsha Dowell (a single mother of 4) and together they had a daughter. Sara Virgina Rawlings was born June 9, 1995. Joe worked in the field of Accounting and relocated several times (Wichita, KS and K for work. In 2019 he came back to Oklahoma to be near his daughter.

Joe loved children, he took pride in his daughter and often displayed her love of music. He was a avid sports fan and enjoyed Fantasy Football. He was a talented bowler playing in leagues and often played with his daughter and family.

Joe was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Parents and Stepfather. 2 Brothers Michael and Rick Rawlings.

Joe is survived by his daughter Sara V Rawlings of Muskogee, OK. Girl friend Lilly of Clearwater, FL. Considered stepchildren: John Youker, Jennifer Ogle, Marcus Dowell, and Shannan Gibson. Nieces Ashley, Candice, and Taylor. Nephews Brandon, Zachary, and Joseph. And great nieces, great nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be 2 pm, Friday December 17, 2021 at Resthaven Memorial Park, 1901 E Hubbard Rd, Ponca City, OK.
