Mrs. F. E. Braithwaite, 48 years old, died at her home at 1219 South Third street at 4 o'clock Thursday from what physicians believe to have ben a heart attack. She had been ill but a day.
Mrs. Braithwaite was the wife of F. E. Braithwaite who has been with the Marland Oil company for the past five years as a machinist. She was formerly Miss Blanche N. Baker, the daughter of Samuel Baker of Louisiana. Two children survive.
A brother and a sister of Mrs. Braithwaite have arrived at the home here. D. D. Webb of this city is a brother-in-law.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the McCarty chapel. Interment will be in the IOOF cemetery.
